Can I get a sample, and is it free?

How do I get wholesale pricing?

What packaging options does your company offer?

We typically use seaworthy wooden crates. You can choose whether to include plastic bags, opt for individual packaging or bulk packaging. We are fully equipped to meet all your custom packaging requirements.

What is your estimated delivery time?

Orders with stock can be shipped within 7 days, while OEM / customized orders typically take around 30-45 days for delivery. Customized sample orders are delivered within 15-25 days. For specific delivery times, you can consult us to confirm the exact delivery date. We understand the importance of timely delivery and will work together to complete your order within your expected timeframe.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

Yes, if you have specific delivery time requirements, please let us know when placing your order. We provide expedited processing to ensure your order is delivered within the agreed timeframe (excluding shipping time).

Can I adjust my order after ordering?

Typically, changes to your order cannot be made once it is placed. However, it depends on whether the changes you wish to make are related to parts of the order that are still being processed. Please reach out to us as soon as possible for confirmation, and we will be happy to assist you with your request.

Shipping Policy

Where will you ship from?

Your goods will be shipped from our Hangzhou factory.

What do you use for shipping?

For bulk orders, we typically ship by sea, and you can choose from nearby ports such as Shanghai Port and Ningbo Port. For sample orders, we usually ship via express couriers such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, etc.

Are there countries you cannot ship to?

No, we offer worldwide shipping. However, in rare cases where the shipping company is unable to fulfill the delivery, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Will my order have a tracking number?

Certainly. Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking number with you. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us anytime.

Can I change the shipping address after confirming the order?

If your order has not been dispatched yet, please get in touch with our customer service right away to request an address update.
